We use A Star Limo for all of our transport to/from the airport. We have two young kids, and they provide the car seats so we don’t have to haul them around with us. I traveled from Birmingham, Alabama to attend the funeral of a family member. I was somewhat perplexed because this trip required a very quick turnaround. Ronald’s red carpet treatment from pick up to drop off made a stressful situation a lot easier to bear. The car was waiting at the airport when I arrived. I was taken to the funeral home and Ron stayed for the duration of the service and took me to the home where the family repast was to be held. I was treated to a delectable lunch on Lake Erie and then taken to the airport to board my flight back to Birmingham. The Escalade was clean and equipped with water, candy and even a charger for my iPhone! Ronald was not only professional in manner but also in appearance. A Star Limousine will always be my transportation of choice whenever I am in Cleveland.

This company is by far the BEST limousine service we have ever hired. Our most recent reservation required the multi passenger bus. Complete clean, reliable, safe and quality service is what you will get for an amazing price. Ron and staff went out of their way to make certain this surprise event was pulled off flawlessly.  Along with my multiple time schedule changes Ron made certain the flow worked seamlessly.
